Main use:

HB series of all-position welding positioner is a kind of equipment which can rotated around the vertical axis or tilt axis rotation.  It can be equipped with welding machine (fill in flux or not), metal arc welding (CO2/MAG/MIG welding), plasma welding, submerged arc welding machine power source to compose an automatic system that can  change workpieces position easily. It mainly used for welding parts conducting, surfacing and cutting. It cancompletes large and medium ring cylinder, longitudinal seam welding if it ccompanied by cross frame welding operation.

Features:

 1.Countertops is made by casting finishing, rarely could it be damaged by welding spatter, countertop surface marked with distribution lines and has set a number of T-slot so as to be easily installed on a variety of position and jig mechanism

2. table use inverter variable speed rotary which have a stable speed range and wide adjustment range.

 3. It uses turbine vortex and worm as dynamic transmittion which is constantly adjusted in the range of 120 ° flip.  It is strong in flip torque, good at self-locking function and reliable in positioning.

 4.Fuselage structure is sitting. so the equipment have good stability, also move easily.

 5.Hand control box operation, digital display and can be preset speed.

 6. It can be produced according to the user's special requirements of design, such as the level of turret, L-type variable-bit machines, double column heavy-duty positioner ect..
